Cornerstone Continuous Care Center

Cornerstone Continuous Care Programs offers intense outpatient alcoholism and substance abuse treatment. Its program has day and evening sessions. Attendance in the intensive outpatient program is four days per week plus Saturdays for the first five weeks. Subsequent treatment is less intensive and according to individual need. New expanded facilities are designed to accommodate the treatment needs of a larger number of clients with its large counseling and group rooms, conference rooms for seminars and meetings, and expanded business area is now CARF accredited.

Go North on Franklin Avenue for approximately 1/2 mile. Make a right onto Old Country Road for approximately 4.4 miles. Make a left on State Street and enter at Suite 120.

From Northern State Parkway

Take Northern State Parkway to Wantagh Parkway South - Exit 33. Take Wantagh Parkway to Exit W2 West (Old Country Road - Westbury).

From Southern State Parkway

Take Southern State Parkway to Wantagh Parkway - Exit 27N. Travel approximately 4.4 miles to Exit W2 West (Old Country Road - Westbury). Make a right onto Old Country Road and a right onto State Street and enter at Suite 120.
