We understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming. When you call us you will be connected to a caring, knowledgeable Intake Specialist who will address your concerns, answer your questions and guide you through the admission process.

If you are concerned about yourself or a loved one call us directly at 800-233-9999 to speak to an Intake Specialist. He or she will answer your questions about addiction and rehabilitation, and provide information about Cornerstone. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer your call.
- Driver Pick-Up
Courtesy transportation arrangements are available through Cornerstone’s fleet of vehicles.
Your Intake Coordinator will gather information and ensure that the admissions process runs as smoothly as possible.
- Complete a pre-admissions intake evaluation
Your Intake Coordinator will work with you to complete a pre-admission assessment
- Types of substances being abused
- Length and frequency of use
- Any past addiction treatment
- Areas of significant distress
- Employment and living situation
- Other medical information
We will collect your insurance and financial information in this initial assessment. Next, we will verify your insurance benefits and walk you through payment options.
